Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We can't deliver to Northern Ireland just yet: if an order with a Northern Ireland address comes through, we won't send it and we'll refund it in full. We don't deliver outside the UK at the moment.
Delivery is £3.95 per order, however many things you choose, and free on orders of £40.00 and over. You'll see the delivery charge in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Everything in our shop is made to order for you by our print partner, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That takes a little longer than off-the-shelf, but there's no waste.
So most orders arrive within about one to two weeks. Things can take a little longer in the run-up to Christmas and on bank holidays.
If you order several things, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels. You'll never pay extra delivery for that.
We'll email you to confirm your order, and again when it's on its way. That email includes a tracking link wherever the carrier provides one.
If your parcel hasn't arrived when you'd expect, or something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch through the contact page or at hello@dottyandfriends.com with your order reference. Our returns page explains how we put things right.
